DMBA is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Upon receipt of your donation, DMBA will send you a contribution acknowledgment letter that can be used for your tax purposes.
We are the sons and daughters of the beautiful southern village of Deir Mimas living abroad and in Lebanon. Our love and gratitude for Deir Mimas has brought us together to form the Deir Mimas Benevolent Association (DMBA), a 501(c) 3 nonprofit, to address Deir Mimas' current needs and support projects to sustain its future. Our immediate goals include: - Providing essential healthcare services and medication - Supporting the 24-hour security patrol to protect properties from intruders or theft - Ensuring the availability of electricity through the repair and fueling of electric generators - Supporting a home grown effort to cook and distribute healthy meals, in the style of Meals on Wheels® |
